We don't believe you should have to pay to get help if you are struggling with a small or simple problem. Google and other search engines have proven this belief. We want to be your trusted, well-known search engine...that talks back.
If your ticket requires us to elevate to a remote or on-site support level solution, we will make it clear that a cost is involved and what that cost will be. We feel our goods and services are priced to be fair both ways and we want you to be a client for the long term.
