I created an account, what do I next?

Good job on that account creation, we hope that password was complex and not reused.


So let's get those tech issues solved

Now that you are logged in, you have several options within your account

  • Browse those sweet KB articles
  • Submit a support ticket
  • View previous support tickets
  • Manage your account details

Browse Knowledge Base (KB) articles

These are the same articles you could read before logging in but doesn't it feel a little more exclusive this way?


Submit a support ticket

Got a problem? We got answers! So get that ticket created...

  • Subject- Enter a few words on what is troubling you
  • Type- Pick a label that best fits your issue but don't sweat it too much, we are not hung up on labels
  • Priority- aka the "Frustrat-o-meter" for how troublesome is this problem to you
  • Description- Type out your problem in detail until your keyboard locks up. Seriously, the more info you can enter in this field, the quicker we can get to the root of the issue. Examples of what to include:
    • What were you doing prior to the issue
    • Were other things running on the device at the same time
    • Did you see any pop up messages, what did they display
    • Did this problem just start, has been ongoing but just getting around to fixing it, has been getting worse
    • Steps you have tried to correct the issue
    • Did another event (power spike/drop) occur prior to this issue
    • Provide a preferred method of contact instead of the email on file
    • Do you want to elevate support (remote or on-site) from the get go
    • Did we mention the more detail the better
  • Attachment- The more info the better...a screenshot of the problem, popups, messages; a more detailed document, vacation photos- probably not helpful to the problem but we can be excited for you
  • Submit (or Cancel)- Submit the ticket when ready, you could cancel the ticket but why waste all that effort


View previous support tickets

Review or export your closed tickets.

Reopen if you feel the solution was not sufficient or effective.


Manage your account details

  • Click the circle with the letter or image in the top right of the webpage
  • Edit your profile info (maybe a better use of that vacay pic)
  • Update that weak password

Don't forget to save those account changes!


Lastly, you can also perform all of these tasks with the tabs at the top right of the webpage...you have options.
